Ingredients:
1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
1 cup almonds or walnuts
2 tablespoons cocoa powder (optional)
Pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a food processor.
Pulse until finely chopped and mixture holds together when pressed.
Roll into 1-inch balls.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
