4–5 cloves
1 teaspoon amla powder (or 2 thin slices fresh amla if available)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Juice of ½ lemon
1 teaspoon honey (or agave syrup)
½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger
300 ml room-temperature water

Preparation:
The night before, place okra, cloves, and amla in a jar. Add the water, seal tightly, and refrigerate for 8 hours.
In the morning, strain the mixture, add chia seeds, and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Stir in the lemon juice, honey, and ginger. Mix well and serve.
The second portion can be kept refrigerated and consumed the next day.
How and When to Drink It
Best consumed on an empty stomach in the morning for optimal nutrient absorption.
