1 clove of garlic (grated or finely chopped)

50g of grated Parmesan cheese

100g of breadcrumbs (or panko for extra crispiness)

1 medium egg

1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley

1 teaspoon of salt

1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

1 tablespoon of olive oil (for brushing)

Optional: 1 teaspoon of dried oregano or a pinch of hot chili to give it a spicy kick.
