Nail clippers are one of those things we barely give a second thought. But when you start looking, it’s hard to miss how much range you have to choose. Some clippers are equipped with nail files, and others come with bottle openers or small knives when included in a multi-tool.
It’s a tiny thing, the nail clipper, but believe it or not, you can’t do much better than this in the design and versatility department. The hole in the handle is just a tiny detail that makes it that much more useful. Grandpa was quite impressed when I explained to him all of this.

Many of us may not have given much thought to that small round hole on the nail clipper, which is understandable, because come on it’s just a nail clipper. But as with so much in life, the little things can end up mattering a lot.
