Healthy Version of the Recipe
If you want a lighter version of this wonderful dish, you just need to adapt some of the ingredients:

1 farm egg,
3 tablespoons of plant-based milk (such as almond or oat milk),
2 tablespoons of olive oil,
1 pinch of sea salt,
3 tablespoons of sour starch,
2 tablespoons of grated vegan cheese or light Minas cheese,
½ teaspoon of baking powder
