Sudden sweating (2/10)
If you start sweating for no reason and it's not hot, you may be experiencing hypoglycemia. This happens most often at night or before meals. Drink a sugary beverage or eat some applesauce to remedy this.

Nervousness and sudden hunger (3/10)
Hypoglycemia triggers the release of cortisol and adrenaline. Mood swings can then occur suddenly. Eating a meal rich in carbohydrates will relieve this. However, if you suddenly feel hungry, opt for a piece of fruit or some cereal.
