¼ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon onion powder

Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)

The Method: Boil, Peel, Mash, Dip

Step 1: Hard-Boil the Eggs
Place eggs in a single layer in a large saucepan. Cover with cold water by 1 inch. Bring to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 12 minutes.

Transfer eggs to an ice bath and let cool completely.

Step 2: Peel and Separate
