How to cook tomatoes?

Tomatoes in crumble  :

- Peel 6 large tomatoes before chopping them and cook them over high heat in 2 tbsp of olive oil.
- Prepare the pastry with 100g of flour, 50g of breadcrumbs, 75g of butter and 75g of grated Parmesan cheese.
- Place the tomatoes in a gratin dish, sprinkle with basil, then add the pastry
. - Bake in the oven at 180°C for half an hour.
